Is SE NUKE black hat SEO?

Usually people think of black hat as something dangerous, evil, immoral, and risky to do and will probably get their websites in the Google sandbox.
That’s not true with Blackhat SEO stuff, but sites do get banned and delisted all the time whether it’s built and promoted using white-hat, black-hat, gray hat, blue hat etc…
What SE Nuke does is automates a lot of the stuff that would take you ages to do manually. That’s a bit different than doing black hat stuff and SE Nuke should be considered an investment in your time because it will save hours of work for you.
On the site promotion side of things SE Nuke has the ability to create 5 minute link wheels which help you dominate the long-tail ketwords for your sites, with the long-term goal of getting your main sites ranked highly for medium to short tail terms
